This Privacy Policy explains how YANG FEI PTE. LTD. This policy is intended for users of applications distributed through Apple App Store, Google Play and other platforms.

Depending on the Service and your choices, we may collect: information you provide directly, such as your name, email address and support messages; device and technical information, such as device model, operating system, language, IP address, app version and diagnostic logs; usage information, such as features used, crash reports and approximate interaction times; and transaction or subscription information provided by an app store or payment provider. We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data unless a specific Service clearly requests permission and explains why.
Some of our desktop and utility products process files locally on your device. When processing is local, the file contents are not uploaded to us unless you choose a feature that explicitly requires transmission.

We use information to provide, maintain and improve the Services; process support requests and communicate with you; diagnose crashes, prevent abuse and protect security; measure product performance and understand user needs; process subscriptions or purchases through authorized providers; and comply with applicable laws and platform requirements. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide the Services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. We may use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, app distribution and payment processing. These providers may process information only to perform services for us and under their own privacy terms where applicable. Apple and Google independently process purchases, subscriptions and certain device or account data under their respective policies.
5. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing.
